I hereby consent to the Processing of my Personal Information for purposes related to candidate evaluation and decision-making, onboarding and continued engagement by CPI as specified herein and in CPI’s Privacy Policy.

This Consent seeks your affirmative consent for the processing of your Personal Information (as defined below) in connection with your being engaged as an employee or contractor of Communications & Power Industries or one of its subsidiaries or affiliates (“CPI”) in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

“Personal Information” for employee or contractor may include: name, contact information (e.g., e-mail addresses, contact telephone numbers, work address, home address), compensation-related information (e.g., monetary, benefits, financial institution, others), date of birth, government-issued identifiers (e.g., government ID number, driver’s license number), background check information, previous employment information (e.g., start and end dates, department, position, supervisor) and other types of Personal Information.
Purpose of Personal Information processing: CPI will serve as the Controller of Personal Information collected, and processing of such Personal Information will relate to candidate evaluation and decision-making, onboarding the employee or contractor, continued engagement, compensation, and any other purposes. For additional information relating to the purposes and means of processing and rights you may have with respect to your Personal Information now or in the future, please refer to CPI’s Privacy Policy.
In addition to CPI, Personal Information may be processed by third parties solely for the purposes indicated in Paragraph 2 of this Consent and as specified in CPI’s Privacy Policy.
To the extent required by law, at any time, you may withdraw this Consent for further Processing of Personal Information for non-business related purposes or to exercise any rights you may have with respect to your Personal Information as specified in CPI’s Privacy Policy by sending a written notice to CPI at privacy@cpii.com. Personal Information is retained for such period of time as specified in CPI’s Privacy Policy.

If you choose not to consent to the processing of your Personal Information, you withdraw your eligibility to be engaged as an employee/contractor by CPI.
