HR Intern responsibilities include updating our employee records, creating and editing job descriptions, and archiving HR information. If you’re interested in kick starting your career in HR and getting a closer look of how our company approaches HR, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

Update our job description database and provide updates to operations and outside vendors
Audit our internal HR SharePoint site and archive outdated information
Upload performance documents to employee files
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards and career page
Prepare HR-related reports as needed
Miscellaneous record keeping and other administrative duties

Requirements

Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus
Familiarity with HRIS
Experience with MS Office
Excellent organizational skills
Currently enrolled in University with credits towards Human Resources Management or similar field
