McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for CMA/LPN/RN for its South Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

Responsibilities include: taking vitals signs and updating medication records, preparing patients for exams and/or procedures, preparing equipment and assisting physician/provider during treatment, examination, and testing of patients. May cover as primary as assigned. Position comes with competitive clinic pay and valuable benefits package

Education

Graduate from an accredited program for Medical Assistants (CMA)
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN)

Certification/License

Certification or registration from an approved certifying organization for Medical Assistants (AAMA, ARMA, AMT, NAHP, NCCT & NHA)
Possession of State Licensed Practical Nurse license.
Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers.
Mandatory Reporting of Dependent Adult and Child Abuse.

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Experience

Previous clinical nursing experience
McFarland Clinic experience preferred
