PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Execute the schedule in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.
Identify and address all safety issues or potential issues.
Maintain production and quality standards.
Communicate with Maintenance department to ensure fitness of equipment for production use.
Conduct process compliance audits.
Evaluate and discipline shift employees through written documentation.
If SOP faults or improvements are identified, initiate change.
Approve shift associate timecards.
Efficiently allocate materials, labor, equipment, and other resources.
Work continually towards self-development to stay current on production, sales, customer service and supervisory procedures and practices.
Recommend company equipment needs and related plant improvements as they relate to overall product goals and strategic objectives.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and elimination of all waste.
Must understand 5’s system and be able to train others in this area.
Address any other quality issues, including customer complaints (internal or external) at the appropriate level with suggestions for resolution.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

What You Bring:

5-7 years of manufacturing and at least 3 years of supervisory experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
